Kids Clay Parties

We also offer clay parties, suitable for ages seven and up. These are great for really getting involved in actually moulding your own piece of clay. A lot of our little party-goers enjoy getting to play with more tactile clay, as well as learn about how a substance can go from squishy to set when they get their finished project.

The facts
  • All our clay parties last for two hours.
  • We don’t provide drinks or nibbles but encourage party planners to bring their own refreshments.
  • You can come to us or we can come to you (or any venue you’ve booked - providing the owners are okay with it), the choice is yours!
  • We'll carefully pack their work away for glazing and firing and all pieces will be available to pick up at our studio in four weeks.*

The costs

£140 for a up six children (and then £20 for any additional child) for any of the parties below:

  • Wheel Party - Every child gets the opportunity to create their very own pot on the pottery wheel. While they wait for their turn they can choose a tile to paint.
  • Bunting Party - Every child gets to make and decorate their own mini bunting. They have help to cut the triangles and then make patterns and impressions for decoration. When they’ve been glazed and fired, the bunting makes for a lovely additions to the kids’ rooms.
  • Ugly Mug Party - Every child gets to create their own mug, this often results in some interesting shapes! The kids always have so much fun moulding their mug and then decorating their creation.
  • Succulent Pot Party - Each child receives all the help they need to create two mini succulent pots. We provide a free succulent upon pickup so you can welcome home two lovely plant pots as well as a little plant to look after long after the party is over.

All Parties require a £30 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
