| All bookable seats are indoors, while we do not require payment to secure your seat, we do require your card details to hold the booking.

| As carriage seats are limited there is a £5pp fee to cover your seat, this is taken at the time of booking. If you would like to sit in the main food court there is no fee. On the day just pay for the pottery you choose for either seating option. |
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you do not attend your booking or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to retain the Carriage Fee as a no-show charge (Goodsheds-Barry) or charge £5pp (Peggy's-Canton). Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it very difficult for us to reallocate spaces, which is why this policy is in place. If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we’re more than happy to reschedule your booking for a later date.
